Enduring Cry - Low reg. duration 0.75s

The new Enduring Cry comes with a Liferegeneration Bonus . Offtopic: Aswell as very quick cast speed and a semi-taunt. The downsides are: No more cwdt, shares cooldown with other crys. That's ok.
HOWEVER the Duration of the life regeneration bonus is a joke!?


It actually only lasts 0.75 seconds. It won't increase with more monsters hit. Even with +200% Duration which is alot of investion... it would still only be 2.25 seconds. (With a cooldown of 4 seconds).

For comparison Rallying Cry and Abyssal Cry's effects last 8 seconds.

I do not try to make the spell stronger than it is supposed to be, but this is something I NOTICED when playing with Enduring Cry and it seems very wierd. Just a feedback.

If you have 6k life you regen 1% life every time that level 4 ECry goes off. The problem is monster damage means a 1% heal isn't particularly effective for anything specific.

You could support it with increased duration effects. Depending on how many duration bonuses you get you might get a duration long enough for solid uptime.

By the way: As you can see in gem description it's not 1% but a flat amount. At level 20 it will be 394/s (for 0.75s). Yea I posted the increased duration timer; with +6passives and inc. duration gem and a decent duration item (like jewel) still only about 2.2s.

p.s. I guess it's ok in a special heavy increased duration build with Immortal Call.

I only express the value as a percentage because most people understand better in percentages of tehir total life than in flat amounts.

And what did we had before 2.0? No life regen. Just be happy about the extra. It's quite useful for me.
I'll just copy-paste what I wrote in a similar thread because I'm lazy;

The life regeneration was my main source of ES regen in a Zealot's Oath - Eldritch Battery - Mind Over Matter crit Glacial Cascade build. I cannot overstate its importance, it was truly build-enabling. Without it I would've needed much better gear and/or way more investment in life regen on the tree, which in the new Tempest league would've resulted in an unplayable character. I love it, and it just goes to show that every mechanic have its uses for someone! :)

Also, if it was increased it would mean pretty insane ES regen for spell casting, it's already at ~500 which is pretty good effective mana regen (~125 mana/s).
