Why was vaal spark nerfed so massivly without any notice?

Vaal spark doesnt work with GMP anymore, whats the point of this skill now?
On another point, while spark got a 70% dmg buff, vaal spark got nothing and is now weaker then spark???? | |

" It was massively good, vaal Storm Call is good for bosses and Vaal Arc is decent for crowds, but GMP v.Spark excelled at both. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" Sure, it works, just not the way it used to. It has 'fires X projectiles' now, so when you support it with GMP it fires X+4 projectiles instead of X*4 like before. Vaal fireball was reworked the same way. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
