I have this bug aswell and just found out about the less duration gem not working (fixed now).

If you did a search of the forums, GGG has already recently answered this.

I use lockstep and LW works just fine for me.

Still does not work for me, having the invisible warp glitch on instant second casts, while spamming my hotkey for it, but only on close-range warps at my current castspeed,etc.

Agreed, doesn't work, get's you killed unless spam potions then a bleed pops up and no potion left :D I swear you ggg are trying to slow me down

Bug still existant for me and makes doing LW builds nearly unplayable...
