Reset gem to lvl 1 recipe request or add lvl 1 gems back.

Since I am pretty sure the auto-leveled reward gems are here to stay. I am requesting a cheap and easy recipe to de-level the gems to level 1. Or maybe add level 1 equivalent gems as an alternative. Allow the player to choose between the lvl 1 and auto-leveled reward gems.
Personally I am now getting a lot of useless to my current character gems as rewards that would be great for a new build. What sucks more is the gems are auto-leveled out of a new builds range. Is that a new recipe? Also what exactly is the recipe? Kind of confusing the way you wrote it.
Unless you are referring to the orb of scouring recipe. which is any gem plus 1 orb of scouring will reduce the gems level by 1. Which is not what I am asking for just in case my op was not clear. Edit: Tyvm for the recipe. While not cheap it is implemented. Just to clarify the recipe. Any gem plus one orb of regret returns 1 level 1 gem. There is another recipe. You just have to do it 20 times if your gem is lvl 20.
