Characters from Void League still grey/inactive

I have 2 characters from one of the races (it was couple weeks ago), which are inactive/grey. They are taking characters slots and I can't delete them or just level them.

characters get moved into "void league" just for ggg to evaluate your race points and give you a chance to keep their name.

you're not supposed to play them any longer.


background: some races are "standalone" which means items are not transferred to your stash in the respective permanent league. this allows ggg to raise orb and item drops in those races.


although, there could be the option to transfer the characters without any gear to the parent league. wouldn't hurt.

After points or rewards are given out, there is no reason to keep the void league characters. But make sure you always wait until you are credited with your points before deleting or you won't get them.
