" You must have a chip on your shoulder because all I did was tell you why it was like that, I didn't make this shit up or cause the game to be like this. How I "intellectualise this shitty state"? What is this a highschool lunchroom debate. Like really. Last edited by RagnarokChu#4426 on Sep 7, 2015, 8:16:44 PM

To the original OP. I do agree with all you said there though there is a lack of awareness to what is a T1 item and that is part of the problem.
While this should not be true, any white item with a 6 link is a T1 item which is extremely expensive and something that would probably be considered by most, part of the very basic and core progression. This isn't any kind of GG item. it could become one with crafting, but as a white item, it's merely a 6 link, merely progression. Yet how much of the population actually uses 6 links? Only the people in the T1 curve, whether these 6 link are GG items or not. Similarly the colouring system of the socket plays into this as well. While no actual measure of value (different builds need different colours in their sockets) the fact remains that getting the right 6 link and the right 6 colours is not only very hard, but makes the item even more valuable into the T1 market. This prevents a proper flow of currency creating all those problems for people trying to progress in gear. As for the lack of a trade house and what it would do. I agree it would make the junk items far harder to sell or at least make them devalue to next to nothing (even though you can already get said junk items which may still mean a significant increase in power for 1 fuse or even as low as 1 or 2 alts) and to a degree they would also devalue things at higher tier but by minimal amounts. However the case to be made here is that first, it prevents scams from happening and second, you don't need to spend time setting up shps with possibly several thrid party sites and you don't need to stop playing just so you can go and do a trade. Add that if you have a lot of things to sell you can be constantly interrupted because of sales. A trade house would allow you to at the end of your gaming session to go there, check the prices, adjust your prices if needed, add a few more items to sell and let the trade house just do the trades for you automaticly. The stars cried out And under the ashes of infinity Hope, scarred and bleeding breathed it's last." |

Fuck the economy. That is all

" Seems like you experienced D3 Vanilla too, lol. Was a pain to see prices going down/up like crazy. Something was incredible too - it was the 2B cap for selling an item. HAHA |

" If you trade at all then you're part of it. If you're not then this post is irrelevant to you. It is not that hard to understand. |

Question here is that I (and i hope that more people thinks like me) only want to get wealth by PLAYING the game. I will never be a stupid "PoE's Broker". All that economy theory is worthless for me, and yea.. i sell things but i only sell (no flip, no scam) the stuff i get with my playing...
Flippers are simply real life speculators on PoE... useless trash. Last edited by MildorDArkehn#7296 on Sep 9, 2015, 7:51:38 AM

" Doesnt matter do i trade or not, my game is affected by the economy and bad mechanics/design that are in the game because of it. So as I said fuck the economy, the main source for majority of the problems this game has. |

So a shitty trading system is good?
I honestly don't give a fuck about the super rich. They'll always be rich. I just want to have a more convenient way of trading. Yes prices will drop. How is that a bad thing? Builds shouldn't be locked behind how much trading you do. When every build starts with "well, start with a basic _____ build until you get these 5 uber rare items, something is off. Eh, what do i know, maybe poe has changed this last year, haven't played it at all. |
