It's a weird decision. Temporary leagues really do not suffer from Eternals at all and permanent leagues, especially Standard, already have a completely fucked up item market because of eternals.
Which basically means that the rich in permanent leagues get even a stronger hold on the economy. Basically the change does fuck all. Unless they plan to slowly introduce better mods and base items which eventually will phase out these perfect crafted items. |
