i put all item with 20% quality elegant and the goddes bound with exactly number of socked link and colour ,1 chance to ignite with 1& quality and 1 fusing but vendor dont give me it. pls help me

You have sockets 1 and 2 linked on one item and sockets 2 and 3 linked on the other. According to the wiki, they both need to have the same sockets linked.
