Does anyone remember what build I used to run?

Those are the items I used to used, I forgot what gems were on the Shavronne's wrapping but I definitely remember blindly following a cookie cutter build.

Does anyone have the link to it, and or how outdated is this build now, will it still be okay for me to come back to the game and clear some maps casually?

I believe dual flame totem build.

That build is pretty outdated now, with a little bit of tweaking I'm sure you could get it working, but probably not as strong as it was, in your shavs you were running blood magic reduced mana and auras which were probably wrath hatred discipline. you wont be able to run the old ones you had since they've been changed.

But keep in mind everything will change again on the 10th when act 4 and 2.0 gets released.
