Nice painting. I kept having the weird feeling that I'd seen this guy somewhere, and then I realized it's Hafthór sporting a gladiator helmet!
 Anyway, I really like the mood of the painting and the balance of raw/detailed areas. I also love the fact that he just casually smashed his axe into stone, hard enough to make it stick, then took a rest. That's very Marauder :-) |
