[CB] New Bloodrage & hybrid builds

Any CI build, accept summoners, was taking BR. Why not? Free frenzy charges. But now they they changed frenzy charges and it can give CI builds lots of power for only 1 gem slot.

U need to look at all changes on global scale. Many changes coming and maybe u could still make it work, maybe even better than before.

I have no issue making BR take 4% Max ES or 4% Max Life per second, but why does it have to take both?

Why not make it just deal 4% of higher buffer as damage, that way hybrids aren't penalized like they are now.
I am perfectly fine with BR requiring investment to run, but unlike life builds who can counter BR with flasks, a good hybrid build would need at least 5-7% es regen just to outregen the damage it is dealing to your shield.

To not give low life builds another easy multiplier. I dunno, if u remember that time, when running RF as a low life caster was possible. They just try to avoid same thing.
This is a welcome change for physical life based melee!

Not so welcome for CI chars though (i guess my flicker striker is fugged for the time being).

8% damage is a bit much, should be capped at 6%, so that with armor and regen you can handle it.

And any life build could take BR if they wanted, my ranger could and she only had 1% rege and no leeching (not counting the leech BR gives you). This new BR fucks all ES users by disabling natural regeneration. Its like disabling healing from pots on a Life base char.

Im not in the beta, but if they don't add another way of passively generating frenzy charges then its not worth to try and make something like a flicker on ES at all.

Didn't knew about Ice Bite. It is still absolute crap compared to BR so using Frenzy Charges as an ES user is still not really worth it when compared to Life users

Physical mitigation from armor doesn't help, the formula requires a hit to determine the amount, and it makes little sense, besides.

On the other hand, physical damage reduction from endurance charges does help and immortal call makes you fully immune to physical damage including physical damage over time. Leo's crafted mod that reduces damage over time taken also works.
