Remove teleport from merciless Brutus

I really do like the chain move that Brutus was given to extend his ability to deal with ranged opponents.
However, the fact GGG has given him a teleport move on merciless is a bit much. My poor squishy Ranger just can't take it. I suppose I see the mentality behind it. He is like a slasher villain now. He always seems to be exactly where he needs to be to kill the next slutty teenager. Not that I am implying my Ranger is slutty but...you know, all those free love Ranger types. What was I saying? Oh yeah, Brutus. No more teleporting Brutus. If he needs more range, give him a Kiwi launcher. "Danger is like jello, there's always room for more."

Is this a joke? Merciless brutus was just a case of shoot -> strafe -> shoot -> strafe -> (repeat until dead) -> loot. The whole time he's trying to nab you with his hook, so long as you have a consistent rhythm it'll always miss.
