PC on +1 Frenzy Ammy

Hey i was looking for +1 frenzy gear and came upon this,

It could be useful for a CI melee hero; huge ES bonus, decent acc even some stats and iir are cute...
Problem is most CI melee heros look for flat phys damage + multiplier and chance crit nodes.

it would be niche for a few builds,
i dont imagine anyone would pay more then 2-3 ex for it though since for 4-5 ex they can get a much more useful amulet with more stats/ more dps.

3ex-5ex if youre not in a rush,
1-2 ex if you are.
