1.3 melee build

Hi guys !

I was wondering if you can help me to choose a melee build.

I am currently lvl 69 with my wander (kinetic blast)and I have a ton of fun. Now, I am looking to create a melee class.

Is there any build shinning in 1.3 for low-mid budget (~40ex) that is really strong end game ? I found some idea :

-Coc discharge (really expensive build)

I've found VictorDoom's 2-handed cyclone pretty good without any expensive gear (I use a 5-link Carcass Jack, 525 dps 2-handed rare axe, Devoto's Devotion as the most expensive gear).

Also have a dual strike claw shadow that does 40k melee splash damage again without a 6-link or any too expensive gear.

I'm gonna have to echo John Keys' sentiments here as I am utterly baffled that ~40 ex is considered low to mid in terms of expensiveness. I'm starting to understand how it could be perceived that way as I enter the world of trading just a little, but if you try to put yourself in the shoes of the truly average player, 40 ex is way more than someone could expect to find in a lifetime.

Anyways, just felt like making that mostly pointless observation since I don't have much else to amuse me at the moment. Carry on with your meta advising and whatnot.
