After one month, will we be getting bloodlines/torment in core game?

I think it will be in the core game when 2.0/new keagues starts.

We will. Of course, tormented spirits won't be as abundant as in torment and bloodline mods are toned down and roughly as frequent to encounter as nemesis mods on rares.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

They always add the league mods when the next big patch comes out. They don't make a special patch just to add them.
