Quality % disappeared from items

My bow and gloves were at 20% and then suddenly not. I couldn't figure out why my dps had dropped so much for seemingly no reason and then I realized my bow was no longer +20%
I reapplied the scraps and whetstones. I just figured I would report that and if you've also experienced this please say so in this thread. Is this a known issue? | |

It happens when you change socketnumber or links of items (aka use jewellers or fusings on them). However, more quality will give a greater chance to get more sockets/links.
