Chance to freeze, shock, and ignite

Just wondering if this means "10% chance to apply all 3 at once" or "10% chance to freeze, 10% chance to shock, 10% chance to ignite"?

I wonder why GGG displayed it how it is; it implies that they all apply at once.

Would be better to change all forms of it to:
"x% chance to freeze
x% chance to shock
x% chance to ignite"
It is because the economy rules everything in PoE. In this case that was economy of screen space.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
It listed seperately if you look for it at the character sheet. The ones on items and the skilldrasil is to save space.
They are calculated separately. But more importantly the duration is calculated separately. If you hit with 1 cold damage, even with a 10% chance to freeze, it still won't freeze because the duration would be too short and not meet the minimum threshold. So if you hit with 1 cold, 5 lightning, and 100 fire, then you might ignite but not freeze or shock.
