QoL: Apply 20 Whetstones or Armour Scraps 1 click
Problem is that scraps & whetstones give varying amount of quality based on item rarity. So a the recipe you mentioned, while it may be a technical solution if all currencies behavior are tied, is not very satisfying.
Often QoL and ergonomic enhancements go against code design. That's a sad thing but, imho, software ergonomic is what matters. Ranger builds list: /917964
When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart... |

No, the way I am envisioning it is this: Lets just say for example you have an item with %5 quality on it already. You pick up a stack of 40 scraps and click on the item. You now have an item at %20 and a stack on your cursor of 25 scraps.
If you have another item at %5 and pick up a stack of 5 scraps and click on the item, you now have an item with %10 an no stack on your cursor. |

" The only case where rarity matters differently when it comes to wetstones or scraps are white items, which currently only require 4 clicks to quality up fully vs 20, so while my solution isn't perfect it helps those that need it the most which are people that are trying to link items that already have good rolls. Part of why I thought the vendor recipe would be good is that is what Chris had mentioned in the past, but they didn't know how to do it, now they do. https://youtu.be/T9kygXtkh10?t=285

I'm wondering why it would be any different code wise? Wouldn't the program just loop though the application of a scrap until quality=%20 or # of scraps on cursor = 0? I dont think it would matter what rarity the item is. If its white then each application would be %5 rather then %1.

The problem is the keyboard key dedicated to 20% an item. This is specific to some types of currency only, which may sound bad code wise (this is debatable).

I think that the programmers themselvs would know if this is doable or not, more than, say, you and I. However, what I do know is that it would make something that is very tiresome into something more pleasant.

" Yeah hopefully they see my vendor recipe idea as I think its probably the easiest way to add something like this without worrying about affecting other iterations with currency. https://youtu.be/T9kygXtkh10?t=285
