Cold Crit Templar

Hey there!

So as the title suggests, I'm attempting to go the typical CC Witch build, but with the Templar. However, things are a little different since the Templar starts with excellent access to Life and ES. I'm not sure if the best course of action would be a hybrid HP/ES with Eldritch, an HP/ES witout Eldritch, or a CI build. Below is my build, using all points (I know this isn't realistic but I just went with it). If someone who has run something similar to this could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Or even if you haven't played one but could give me some advice, I would love it! Thanks!
