TBH I don't think its that big of a deal currently we get 3 extra skill points from act 4, but if it falls in line with every other act, we should get 6 total, which should make up for the difference of the added places for jewels and he should still be able to get this node with the new tree. I didnt say that but interpret all you want, you certainly have the right to. These "petitions" however are only seen from the players perspective, as in, not near enough whatever OP starting point class. So it should be moved for that one builds class and path.
