XP-Lock Mechanic. (For LLD)

So i used a prefixed level 28 character to check out my build. But not being able to leave my hideout is annoying. So i (and alot of friends that i know LLD) make a level 28 char (non prefix). However getting kills seem to get xp. (atleast what i think, pretty sure i was <1%, while now i am 1%.) Anyways it would be a great additions for us to have a way to lock out xp.

They should make the following into reality. Designed with LLD in mind.
