Problem with the Merveil zone not spawning

Yeah, so I have this small... big... problem right now. I went through the Cavern of Wrath, and the whole of Cavern of Anger, but Merveil's Lair is nowhere to be seen. I checked the whole zone, and it just didn't appear. My plan is to wait until the zone resets, to see if Meveil's Lair will appear when I try to do it again later, but I've put a bit of time into trying to get to her, and it's very disappointing to see it not happen. I thought I would post it in the forum to see if anyone else has had the same problem, or if it's something that's supposed to happen.... I hope not, because that would just be plain silly.

normally it's in the NE corner and many ppl just miss a small section of the map
however, here is what you can do:

Reset the zone by ctrl clicking on the instance entrance (then you don't need to wait for it to reset) and try to find it again!

Also this areas have sometimes nearly invisible paths through what looks like a dead ends. Be sure to check every corner and look at the map closely (sometimes it looks like a dead end, but on the map you see it go further - sometimes even vice versa).

Had this quite often, because I like to test out new chars and therefore often do act 1. ^.^
