bug with character league

Hi guys.
My character on Hardcore league suddenly appears on Standart league
after i logged in the game.
The issue is that I did not died in game (((

Please check the issue, character has pretty high level, shame to lose it due the bug.

Type /deaths in chat. If it says anything other than zero, the game says you died.

yes it says that i am died one time
but
i was alive, at hardcore league
from town go offline
than in couple of hours go online
and suprise, i am at standart league with one death

i think it is some kind of bug

maybe there is some server error? can you check?

It's possible to die as you enter a portal and show up in town without seeing a resurrect message (you don't get that message in town). You could have been in standard league before you logged out and didn't notice.

can i have some logs about what happend?

If GGG has logs, they've never shared them with the players.
