ok quick question guys do u get power charges if a mob is cursed with ass mark and ur totem kills it?
and if this doesnt work whats best way to get power charges on a totem character | |

No, the totem gets the charges up to its max of zero. If you have crit, use Power Charge on Crit with whatever spell you want to generate charges. Ice spear's second form has high crit chance.
