just guessing here Russia has a very large gaming population. Servers and bandwidth could be cheaper over there as well. I'm curious what country OP is from. They have an Open Beta... Dude, our open beta was like two years ago. They don't have an Open Beta for Awakening afaik, just for the current core game. Garena PoE will not have any of the Awakening until after the main server Awakening release. And the quality of the translation is abismal. Add in bugs and it becomes quite obvious why non of my russian poe friends desided to move there even for this interseason.
