Question about increased elemental dmg

Hey guys this might be a dumb question but how does the % increased elemental dmg with weapon works? does it apply to spell I cast? ex. arc.

nope, wont work with spells. Anything you see "with weapons" generally means it applies to attacks made with that weapon. Same goes with weapon specifics like "X damage with wands" or "...with daggers" etc.

% elemental damage will work, % lightning damage will work with an elemental lightning spell like arc, but not % elemental damage with weapons because arc is a spell you cast, its not an attack made with a weapon the way hitting someone with a sword or a shooting an arrow with a bow is.
