Path of Exile error on instalation

tried two ways of installing Path of exile.

Without Steam
Error message says I don't have enough disk space. Plenty of disk space tried to install Drive C: also tried to install drive E: both drive have more space than required.


With Steam

Kept getting a disk write error. Ran disk diagnostic to check for errors as per instructions. The disk drive pass the test. Installed on drive C:
