 General Build Information Hi everyone, my name is Chris (IGN Electrozombi) and this is my first build I want to share with the community. This build is inspired by the old Windripper CoC Build Of the Week. I got pretty bored doin 'casual' builds in the last remaining days of the 1 Month HC Torment/Bloodlines League so i tried to do something... insane? ;) So if you got your challanges done and look for a fun build to play - check this one out ! - Pretty cheap (2 Exalt Costs of Gear) - Insane clear spead - Fun to play - Easy to gear - melts hords of monsters away ! - HC Viable ! Cons

- Needs a strong CPU - Reflect might be an issue - Lightning Torns = rippy as hell.. (died to Promenade Boss..) - probably not good in party play since high amount of visual effects - lacks a little in single target dps Stats

Armour: Tabula Rasa (cheapest 6link - costs about 1 EX) --> you need a 6link or a 5l Volls Protector (since it has PCOC already linked) but you will loose a lot of mana ! So any 6 link (pure Evasion or Evasion / ES) is the best option here Amulet: Ungils Harmony (100% Increased Crit Chance ! + Stats + Life - costs basically nothing) --> Corrupted with 1% Fire or Cold Leech = GG --> can be swapped if you got + 50 Crit Chance without it to some Life/Resists/Crit Amulet Helmet: Rats Nest (Crit Crit Crit) --> or like I do go for Life & Resists Gloves: Maligaros (Crit Crit Crit) --> or like I do go for Life & Resists (+ Attack Speed) Rings: 2x Diamond Rings (Crit Chance) --> with Life & Resists! Shield: use what you want. Look for Spell DPS, Spell Crit Multi, Life & Resists Weapon: Wand / Dagger with +1,5 Attack Speed & 10% + Crit Chance ! --> essential ! costs about 10-20 Chaos to get a decent one (i selffound mine) --> craft COLD or FIRE Leech on it (if you haven't got leech anywhere else) Belt: Leather Belt --> Life & Resists --> Doryani's Cold or Fire would be good here for leech but since we play HC you would loose a lot of life ! Boots: Life & Resists & Good Movement Speed ;) Gems & Links

Attack (Armour): 6link: Kinetic Blast | Greater Multiple Projectiles | Cast On Crit | Artic Breath | Fireball | Power Charge on Crit *** get a 20q Cast On Crit for more Crit Chance !!! *** Auras (Helmet): Herald Of Thunder | Grace | Clarity | Reduced Mana Movement (Shield): Lightning Warp | Reduced Duration | Faster Casting Defense (Gloves): Cast When Damage Taken (lvl 5) | Enduring Cry | Immortal Call | Increased Duration --> you will have a 4link (Boots) and a 3link (Wand/Dagger) left to fill in whatever you like! 4link: Vaal Spark | Trap | Lightning Pen | Added Chaos Damage for annoying single targets ! or maybe a Curse On Hit Set up ! Trying this out in the 1 month softcore. So far, power siphon-gmp-arctic breath-coc is pretty good for leveling. Will use the full setup when I could afford a tabula rasa.
