Full passive respec quest?

You do get 18 respec points throughout the game and finding 12 orbs of regret during that time is fairly likely, so I think what you desire already exists.

Nono, I mean, 30 respec points throughout the quests alone, not 18 + random 12 chance rolls.

I got 2 orbs from 1 - 66

I would like to see a daily quest that gives you one respec point. That way if you wanted 60 points you could get 18 from the quests, 12 or so from Orb drops, then it would take you a month for the other 30 points.

I would do it as books like the quest givers so they are non-transferable and only for respec points in the tree, not for vendor recipes. That way it wouldn't affect the price of orbs much.

The problem with incorporating a full respec quest is everybody will just make a temporary build for leveling and then switch to their desired endgame build. It would cheapen the whole process. There are a couple full respecs a year when they change the tree. That is plenty.

I speed leveled my guys and then just parked them for a respec in two months. That makes the game even cheaper then simply letting people play the damn build they enjoy. Testing out all aspects of the tree is what drives a lot of people to play. (It sure as hell isn't the lab or the endgame.) After finding out the high cost of trying something new, many lose interest. So, your explanation is an example that actually makes the game more cheap then letting someone simply switch builds instead of waiting.
