Well, aura nodes are not worth it if you only use 1 aura in general. Haste is one of the weaker auras from an offensive point of view in the first place, but the move speed is nice.

Well just for the one obviously not but say you run that and Purity of Lightning for +1 extra max res and also maybe Grace, then it's worth it.

At level 4, haste grants 5% movement speed, 10% attack speed and 10% cast speed. A 30% buff would result in 6% movement speed, 13% attack speed and 13% cast speed. It's not rocket science.
