Probably not, we know about the totem placement speed bug for a long time, it incorrectly affects the tooltip dps.

If I recall correctly, the bug is that the tooltip / character sheet use the "totem placement speed" and "totems have x% increased cast speed" modifiers backwards. I think it was touched on by a support rep at some point.

And possibly have another little bug or two, totem spell cast speed shouldn't make a difference between a native totem and spell totem.

Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
