Herald of ice+thunder vs hatred

I'm min-maxing my build and I can't decide.

I'm a stunlocker blocker marauder. I'm phys damage.

Question is, at max lvl, would Herald of ice + herald of Thunder do more DPS than hatred?
I feel I do more damage with hatred, but DPS wise what about the effects of the heralds?

Also, if I run Elemental Equilibrium and I do all types of damage (ice, fire, thunder and chaos) what happens??

If you're a stunlocker you should go for maxing your damage per hit. Considering you will use high damage weapons and scale physical damage hatred would be a better choice.

If you use Ele Equilibrium and do all types of elemental damage, mobs will get resistant to all types. The +25% has priority instead of them adding uo to -25%.

If you are a stun blocker, you probably have neither crit nor a significant chance to apply elemental status ailments so it's Hatred all the way i would say.
