Bug regarding leveling up a gem

My lvl 15 incinerate is ready to level up, when i click the icon to level up the gem the stats are not changing and its showing as a lvl 5 incinerate.. after i killed a few mobs the same gem pops up again and clicking that doesn't change any stats eiter. tried this 4 times now. the gem itself does show as leveled up and is gaining exp in its new level, just won't increase damage for me. tried relogging and taking mtx off, nothing works.

You have two Incinerate Gems on your character. The one you were levelling is the level 5 one in your off hand wand, the one you're (presumably) using is the level 15 one in your boots.
