Still missing crafting bench, nothing helps.

I'm missing zana's map device. Actually i missed it when Rampage were merged with Normal. But, since i decided to play new league, did't bothered a lot, though GGG will fix this bug in few months. Now when Tornment were merged with Normal, i still cant get zana's map devices. I have all masters level 8, missing only zana's device. I tried all the forum/reddit suggestions. /claim_crafting_benches doesn't work. bug number: 390.603.123 Please, join and fix this bug. adding screenshot if this might help. I have a similar problem - lost my Tora and Vagan benches in the Rampage->Standard migration. I was hoping some sort of reset would occur with the new migration, but I still am missing those benches. I'd really love it if GGG could help me (and the other people still missing benches).

I am in the same boat. Happened in Rampage, and now still missing a bunch of stuff. Tried multiple hideouts, relogging, the /claim trick, swapping masters, etc.
