When using Greed´s embrace golden plate with passive skill tree skill Art of the gladiator --- ignore all penalties from armor not working.
I was testing it with Aurseize gloves - it was working, with new unique Greed´s embrace golden plate - not working. Playing marauder @ Hardcore leagues

The movment penalties refer to the inbuilt movment penalties on armour and shields not mods on the armour.
