What is your honest opniion about Ultima Online compared to POE?

what do you guys think about it compared to POE?

Is UO a game worth your time when compared to POE? or is POE miles better than UO?

UO's deep storyline and character customization definitely beats PoE, but the graphics are better in PoE, and that's all I care about.

As FadeXF said - comparing these two games is just pointless.

On the other hand: UO = best game of all times = UO > all = UO > poe

Edit: Of course I talk about UO classic and t2a, after that the game became 100% pure bullshit!

Did not realized some poe players ever p(l)ayed or even heard about UO! You really can not compare the two.

Sometimes I just like to log in on my Legendary Tailor and fill a few bulk order deeds while chilling at my home on Dagger (usually called Ice) Isle. Then I might run a champ spawn or two before I decide I want to strip mine a few thousand ingots for my Legendary Blacksmith. Or even sail the high seas in search of lost treasure. Or maybe and this might be quite shocking for poe players, restock my in vendors that I sell my various items to other in game players even when off line! I know crazy.

Then there are days when I just want to kill stuff and poe is good for that!.

PoE or PokEr? These two even have the same letters but two! They must be compared! I insist!

I concur! You need to start a separate thread for the comparison!

I actually was a beta tester for UO (pretty sure I still have the beta CD somewhere). My early times in UO were a thrill. The ganking and monsters chasing you right into town was an early online gaming experience that I'll never forget.

But, rose tinted glasses and all.
