Full Crowd Control Build

My friend challenged me to make a build that is relies on knockback as a main element throughout the game. Because knockback does not provide the ministun that knockbacks in most games give, knockback is considered to be on the low end of utility. To counter this, the build relies on these keystones:

Static Blows
Ancestral Bond
Fending
Blood Magic
King of the Hill

For the Ancestral Bond, we can get 2x range attack totems, decoy totems and rejuvenation totems, summoning them whenever necessary. This build focuses on shocking, stunning, freezing and knockback with life, bow damage, crit chance and attackspeed mixed in.

The ranged attack totems would focus on some combination of split arrow, fork, GMP, fear, knockback and explosive arrow/puncture

This build can solo but is meant to be played in conjuncture with a Melee bruiser and is not meant to be played on the first time around. I am currently starting this build to test it out and I already have blackheart and quillrain (and ignomon and sadima and wondertrap for loots)

The unique bows that I plan on using is:

Quill Rain (always on secondary weapon-set for the insane 3.11 attackspeed)
Death Harp (More arrows shot)
Infractem (Pierce instead of fork)

The unique rings:
Blackheart (%chance fear)

The items should focus on giving attackspeed, lighting and frost damage and life/liferegen

this is one of the worst build i ever saw
Want to offer some constructive criticism? Rather than just saying that it sucks and proceed to mock it? If knew how the build would turn out I wouldn't have asked for help
Well.... I do admit that I have little idea on how the ancestral bond thing works. Does it carry over all the crit/knockback chance from your mainhand? I know it does apply the elemental damages, and the attackspeed/damage transfers over.
Also does life gain on hit still work? I know im not doing any damage but do I still gain life for hitting enemies?

Assur presented his point like a jackass but i just want to know if there is any truth in what he said
Do spells still apply their effects? if i use puncture I know it doesnt do initial damage or the DoT, but do they still take damage when they move?
