Worst computer to run PoE on?

Your computer isn't that bad, there is no need to get a new one XD.

If you continually crash due to insufficient memory as a result of RAM like I do(1gb ram), you can also change the shortcut of your PoE from:

"C:/Program Files/Grinding Gear Games/Path of Exile/Client.exe"

to

"C:/Program Files/Grinding Gear Games/Path of Exile/Client.exe" -gc2

Other crashes such as lightning effects might also be fixed with --nosound.

This actually helped, thanks a lot. Act 3 with all its shiny mobs was almost unplayable for me, but now I can progress again.

Not a problem glad I could help.
Such a useful thread!

Thanks a lot Merked! You made my Path of Exile experience so much more enjoyable with these little hints!

People definition of "not bad" differs from person to person i see.

If you cant run this game at full max at a constant 60+ FPS average, your computer should be tossed out the window. PERIOD.
Tried installing it on a computer other than my gaming one.

Less than .5 frames per second. Ya'll be mad jelly.

Just because i enjoy working with computer hardware has nothing to do with my sexual activity. Also, havent heard that insult in awhile. Since maybe middle school. Once you grow out of your "Dude i just got laid" phase you will realize that people have sex, nerdy, technically oriented, fat, ugly, stupid, crazy, muscular, skinny, tall, short, big dick, or small. Sex happens to everyone. So get out there and find yours and find some new insults.

Also have fun running this game on your toaster.
