Vorici colour socket question

I have a 5L INT armor that i would like to make RRRRG.
Was thinking of using Vorici to craft in the 3 reds and roll the last 2 with chromatic orbs but the question is, after he crafts the 3 reds in and I use chromatic orbs to roll the last 2 in; will the chromatic orb re-roll the 3 reds Vorici just crafted in?

Thanks!

PS. If so, usually how many chromatic orbs does it take to roll RRRRG on an INT armor?
All colors change with chromatic orb, regardless of previous Vorici roll.

Try googling Vorici chrom calculator to get best strategy to do this and also see the expected amount of orbs needed.

Edit: I'm pretty sure we're talking of thousands of chroes to do that. It is not going to be worth it on 5-link chest. Your chances are greatly improved if you use Ar/Es base armor.

They will reroll so dont do it. To get 4r on an int armor takes roughly a gazillion chrome. Google vorici chromatic calculator
Thanks for the quick replies. Ah ok, I'll go check it out
What is the INT requirement on the base piece? If it's a vaal regalia like it should be, then the most efficient way of coloring it is to spam vorici's 2R recipe until 4R1B come out. Average cost of 1728 chromatics, in total.

If it's a significantly worse base piece, like a 50 INT requirement or so, then you start to approach the point where Vorici's 1R recipe is more efficient than the 2R recipe.

But the 3R recipe never becomes more efficient, nor does just spamming raw chromatics.
