Quality on Queen of the Forest keeps disappearing

For the past two days I am having a problem. I keep using
on my Two days ago I got it up to 4% quality and it disappeared the next day. Yesterday I got it up to 10% quality, and I logged in today and it reverted to 0 quality again. Is my item bugged or is this unique meant to be this way? I just used one today to see if it will disappear again tomorrow. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.
