Zana daily does not spawn quest monsters.

Just went through a 71 pier, as I was offered that through a level 5 Zana daily. Fully cleared the instance, yet my quest is not done AND 0 mobs are still alive (of which they are all for the daily). I went through and checked again, and could not find ANY stragglers.
