Macros - are those bannable

I have read that 1 action bindings are acceptable and not considered cheating.
I would however like to ask about some specific functions:

1) Mouse Binding:
a) Wheel Up and Wheel Down events binding to a single skill each.
b) A Double-Click and LMB+RMB events binding to a single skill each.

2) Function keys binding to chat/commands, such as F2 sending a message "&hi".

3) A hotkey for sending item info to a guild chat.

4) Setting PoE window into borderless mode (aka windowed fake fullscreen).

The intention is to increase the comfort of playing, and to allow for one-handed gaming.

1:1 hotkeys are fine

edit: the day /oos hotkey becomes bannable is the day I quit poe.

It is intended for spamming unique drops and "hello" replies to a guild.

What about borderless mode? It does not interact with the PoE code nor memory, but it affects the win API.
