Quest: "Lost in Love" can't finish it

Can't turn in the Quest, same problem as above me, still active quest and no bracelet even though I take it in second part of the quest, from the guy in the chair

Mine says "Quest Complete - You have rescued Clarissa and returned Tolman's bracelet to her. Speak to her for a reward."

I can speak to her about the other residents of Sarn but there is no reward.

It is complete but won't show as complete in the log, since no reward was chosen, and none to be chosen from. I thought the reward was the keys to the sewers, if that's the case then I have chosen my reward and progressed a bit into Act 3. Normal difficulty completed properly.

Same here. I thought I had already turned the quest and noticed it later on.

Same as ppl above, quest says complete talk to Clarissa to get reward but can't turn it in and take reward, and quest is still active. Btw this is my first ever post so idk what to do with the bug report code i got ingame.
