Na, as previously noted, maybe in 2012. I didn't attack you, I said your opinion is based on outdated facts and is tired and played out. You don't want to hear it, while that's understandable, its not against the ToU.

You can disagree without getting probated champ.

You can backtrack all you like, but when you say "your", you're making it personal. It's not just "my" opinion, but a collective one and the reason why people chose Path of Exile over Diablo 3. You are the one that took my opinion personal and then decided to follow up with a personal attack. Death System is a VERY subjective topic, and the analysis assumes a great deal about PoE's playerbase and its overall opinion on the death penalty. Yes, some very vocal players have raised all kinda noise about it, but when(as the comparison says) "Death in D3 is an inconvenience," it is trivialized. Might as well just fall down for a "time-out."

Graphics is one area in which I definitely have to disagree with the post. Personal sensibilities aside, PoE is chock full of beautiful, little details. While such may also exist in D3 (I'm not qualified to say), they deserve mention, for example, the way the light passes through the shallow water near the Old Fields, or those nasty little homicidal cherubs you sometimes see on the walls of Axiom Prison. Subtlety in design or color palette can be beautiful.

Connectivity and Downtime seems to be a pretty wide gap, for all the improvements in PoE, of late. I can report, myself, that lockstep isn't perfect, but 5 to 3?

Mostly sounds about like what I'd expect. I was hoping for a more detailed (tart green) apples vs. oranges on the recent changes to both games, but, whatever. =^[.]^=
