Looking for an "Achievement" build...

So, there are A couple achievements I need that require me to basically make a new character specifically for them... so I'd like to knock out as many as I can in the one character, if possible.

Requirements:
Templar, Shadow, Marauder or Duelist (Preferred, but not required)
"Help all Three Bandit Lords"
Not reliant on expensive gear (Needs to be able to clear Merci without expensive gear at least)

Additional Options:
Summoner
"Have 15 combined Endurance, Frenzy, and Power Charges active simultaneously."
Four Keystone Passives
90% Resistant to any Element

Because the main one I'm aiming for is "Have all conversations" then I'll need to regret one of the Bandit choices, so I can get the conversation for killing all the bandits as well. As such, the build needs to have two different bandit choices, and the third one as kill all (Unless someone can confirm I can regret a kill to an assist to get the "Help all the Bandits" achievement).

There are a couple Summoner Achievements too, so a Summoner build is preferred if at all possible.

Doesn't have to be a build that's amazing at end game or anything, it can be completely unable to map so long as it can get me all the conversations I need.

Edit:
If anyone else plans to get the "All Ears": Link to Reddit Guide

An interesting goal, to be sure, not one you hear about every day.

So, to get all those at once and have the build make some sense I recommend a hybrid summoner build, a summoner that uses summons only for tanking and does something else with his time, be it attacking or casting. It's easier as a caster, though I've played it with attack builds too. It's fast to level, cheap and can be fun if you like the style.

- it's a shadow so that's fine.
- you benefit from taking charges unlike a regular summoner so you can get that from bandits too, you could start with oak-kratyn-alira and then respec kratyn from cruel into kill all to get the dialogue and a passive point.
- no expensive gear needed, at all
- it's a summoner, just level vaal skeletons and use animated weapons/raging spirits to get the 'behold my army' achievement
- you can have six power charges and five frenzy going on you at all times so you need only kaom's ring and enduring cry handy to get the fifteen charges achievement
- for keystones you can grab instability and avatar of fire and respec later, they're nearby
- for resist challenge just get a rise of phoenix shield (cheap), level purity of fire and use a ruby flask

Tree could look like this
http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgYARXyXlxXn8Gtzs4w2UEJVSy1HYeIc3CaVyT0NjRa_v5dsCwMe8h4i9B9BbRkGI30YCPS1SGvbwFRtbPPqTLNqQ7zq53SlyzY9Kguus1AwBAfo1p2qcFJBloPbIuqbJgW1YqxsjInTBULQ9VXGm7UyAdQjjb9w1SycOlgZirIZMHFRR13yrJj7Cc963agwfD7P51QOSPfX9tph60t4fyuNfb3mJP1jQ8y8m6Eaj3pTOkLWiiP2_95EBI9GTZIQl6cITbm4k9kLMtEqmEVH-oCIQKaskDM=

For gear you will need some cheap stuff, blood dance boots with a nice roll to get frenzy charges and maybe skullhead helm to make your specters more durable, everything else is up to personal preference.

Just pick a main spell and blast away, you can link it with echo, penetration and PCoC.
In this setup you use spectres not for damage but to tank for you (better than zombies), so they will be linked something like minion life, minion resist and maybe speed too, tough ones can be slow. Use statues, beasts or rock elementals, if you want more meat in front of you stick zombie gem in instead of minion speed.
For buffs, you will want purity of elements active, clarity and a herald of choice.

Templar is also fine if you don't like shadows and the pacing is a bit different, his summons will get stronger earlier, for one. The downside is endurance charges help you less than frenzy charges because you don't really get pounded on much by standing in the back. He also has plenty keystones to pick from.

Well I figured it'd be easier to just do as many as possible with a trash character, rather than trying to get them all via good characters.

Seems pretty perfect, just a couple questions. Is it at all viable for Mapping/other-end-game-stuff? Mostly just wanting to know so I know what to name the character. If I'm never gonna touch it again after getting the Achievements, I won't need to think of a halfway decent name.

Also, what spells are good? Or not worth using (Whichever's the shorter list). I haven't tried a caster for a very long time, so I'm way out of touch with which are good.

Edit:

Don't mind which class, the ones I listed I all need the "Kill Dominus with" achievements, so whichever is best suited.

It's fairly viable, attack/summon builds (ground slam, spectral throw, dominating blow) I did were able to map low seventies with nice speed, spell/summon combo can only be better, easier and cheaper. It's also very fast to level and fairly fun because you use a wide range of skills, you can also use animated weapons and guardian for extra fun.

I think it all depends on whether you like the playstyle, some don't. Shadow version makes more sense as a whole (acrobatics and ondar might not even be needed, I took them for the keystones) and would probably end up stronger, but templar will round up sooner and will be easier to play if you just want the achivements as fast as possible.

Nice spells for this would be anything that has good range and doesn't have low crit chance, fireball, firestorm, ice spear, arc, ball lightning (if you take some AoE), ethereal knives, just pick whatever you like but it will be easier if it doesn't need many supports to work, like arc. You just need good area damage, after you clear the trash your minions will gang up on target and help a bit.

I might go with the Templar if that'll get me the Achievements faster.

Decided I want the proper Summoner I do to be one of the classes I like, so I'll have to have a look at a few guides and see which Gems I can use that'll cross over.

Wait, actually, would Templar be able to get the 15 Charges achievement?

Sure, on that tree he would end up with 6 power and 5 endurance charges, kaom's ring and three frenzies make fifteen.

Is there any handy skill/flask to grant Frenzies?

Either way, I reckon I'll be going Templar.

Sure, Frenzy :)

Shadow version would want to sustain frenzy charges but with templar you need them only for the challenge, so just pump up those power charges, use an echoed enduring cry, shoot something three times with your wand using frenzy and you got the challenge.
