Unique Wand - Flintlock Pistol
Hello there fellow Exiles.
As i clicked through the suggestion board i noticed a thread about firearms. I searched and found many more. It seems quite a lot of people wish for guns in poe. But i think it would be overly complex to create a new weapon type and i might have a solution that takes a different approach. A unique wand with the sprite of a gun. A flintlock pistol to be precise. I haven't come up with much but this idea and a few directions this could take. How about a weapon with low attack speed and insane physical damage that cannot deal crits. Or how about a gun that shoots fireballs as regular attack projectiles. I hope you guys like the idea and maybe have some more of your own to improve it. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Edit: Guns are controversial, as are cross bows. The only thing we can all agree upon being perfectly sound is nipple fired machine gun rounds. Last edited by DragonsProphecy#4593 on Feb 18, 2015, 4:34:07 PM

I'm not really sure what you're trying to tell me with the skull bashing thing but i'm sorry if i made a suggestion that has been made for the 100th time. I searched for similar posts so i wouldn't repost stuff but couldn't find anything like this ... except it being about guns.
Well, i guess in the end it's always up to ggg to decide. |

I'm helping you out by pointing that there are already what appear to be nipple fired machine gun rounds.

" Well, imo flint-lock pistols and crossbows don't disturb the artistic continuity of the game. The only problem i see about them is how to implement them without adding a new type of weapon or more gamechanging mechanics. |
