Looking for Group is not really a LFG experience...

If I am looking for a group I only find offers like WTB... or WTS ... This should be prevented.

Each charakter who is offering only a sale/trade offer there should be banned ...

No, they should not be banned.

Yes, GGG should probably separate "looking for group" parties from "looking to trade" parties by having two tabs on the party board.

Failing that, a negative regex filter would also work (instead of "show me all the parties with WTB in their name", "don't show me any parties with WTB in their name").

I am familar with regular expressions... but wtf should I take such actions, just when I am looking for a group. I think there is a huge mess in between the "we have a trade channel" and other people who think that they can spam the LFG for their purposes. For me its really uninteresting if someone want to sell me a so cool item in a lfg channel and want to have > 160 external ...

It's not always about you. The fact is there isn't a good place to post trades the trade channel scrolls so unless you post the message over and over it's gone in a few moments the board works great for people looking to make a trade but don't have time to spam over and over.

You could always go to general and post LFG for x over and over but you probably wouldn't get many takers and you wouldn't be able to do a map or whatever while you wait. It's not the traders fault the board works so well and there isn't a separate tab for trade.

Ok.. everybody is right. And that is the difference to other games. Path of Exile is good game but it seems that it is only a game for advanced players. The fact that I have to read in a previous post of a "Grandmaster Supporter" to take existing problems as to be normal to not have a proper working LFG is like a descriptive announcement for existing problems. I do not want to use the search function (just to impose the WTB/LFT entries) when I am looking for a group... I think there exist some people in the world who gives the User Experience a priority.

If you actually read his post, he was saying that the current situation is making the most out of a different, bad user experience situation.

Your initial suggestion to just ban people who are trying to trade in the party board is exactly the opposite of "some people in the world who gives the User Experience a priority".

Honestly, this suggestion is nothing new under the sun. It's been like this for well over a year and commented on many, many, many times. Don't take it personally when the game still has rough edges that haven't been polished or that GGG doesn't triage new features the same way you would.

Just for the simple user experience... if there is a LFG board, the user expect to see a group of users who are looking for other users and the user does not expect to see only promotions of items which are on sale (without finding a group)... It doesn't matter, it is the last post from me. I only wanted to propose some improvovals.

But it's not a LFG board.
You want it to be a LFG board.
It's a party board (technically I think the game calls it a "Noticeboard").

If they just created another tab for trading and another for party LFG, it'd solve most of the complaints.
