Looking for Tips on Tabula Rasa

Hello. Sorry to bother you but I'm a newbie that started playing like 3 days ago. I managed to get myself a Tabula. I'm not sure what kind of builds i can make. Can someone suggest some builds that are newbie friendly with Tabula Rasa ? Thank you :D

PS : I don't like playing Melee at all..

Tabla is primarily used by people familiar with the game to jumpstart their final gem set up early by sacrificing the stats on their chest piece. Very few "builds" use it. Put it aside for your fifth or sixth character.

TR is great for builds that are really link-intensive. Stuff like cast-on-crit or any build that needs to make space for an Elemental Proliferation gem.

Any build that can use a Tabla to play will be improved by a 6L with the right colors, unless that build relies on the flexibility to change gems on the fly. Most would improve with a 5L.

One thing I found in using a Tabla is that you get stuck in the mindset that all supports are good. Not always the case. Even multi-strike has a huge downside of being locked into your attack. The EK build... would do fine with a 4L and even be a bit overboard with 5L. I would have more fun with it at that level in a random rare 5L chest than a Tabla.

Never used it this way but it maybe can help you decide what gems you want to use in a build before using a ton of chromatics and decided you changed your mind.Good for quickly testing things out basically.Other than that I've only used it for a CoC build.

Summoners get great benefit from the Tabula Rasa since they won't usually be needing the protection from regular chest armours.

You would use Tabula for crazy color combo skills, set-up that requires 6 links to be effective or makes a massive difference (EK, CoC, ect) or summoning.

Really it's not that amazing if you just have one randomly just for the sake of a 6-link.
