Kinetic Blast + Culling Strike.

Does anyone know if Kinetic Blast works with the Culling Strike support gem?

i haven't tried it but no reason why it shouldn't. If you tried it and it doesn't work, it is worth posting a bug report.

Kinetic Blast doesn't work with Culling Strike.

Culling Strike works with Kinetic Blast.

Active gems do not apply to support gems. It's the other way around.

And no, there's no reason for Culling Strike to not work with Kinetic Blast.
