Dagger's implicit global crit modifier works on spell as non-global

I have 335% increased critical strike chance from skilltree. Also i have two daggers with 80% and 40% global crit modifier and additional 119% increased critical stike chance on them.
My arc shows only 33.7% chance to crit, it might be right if dagger's implicit modifiers were not global, but they are! Is this bug, or it should be so? |

5%*(1+3.33+0.4+0.8+1.19)=33.6%
